What We're Looking For

As a Freight Agent or Agency Partner, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Onboarding new customers and managing their accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service for day-to-day operations
  • Collaborating with CCA for carrier management, accounting, and commission handling
Freight Agents and Agency Partners will work as independent contractors rather than employees, allowing for greater flexibility and autonomy. CCA will manage carrier relationships, provide the platform, and handle accounting and commission matters. Commissions are typically structured as 60/40 or 70/30, depending on experience and accounts.

To excel as a Freight Agent or Agency Partner, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
